Built and led a rider engagement and marketing function from the ground up — team structures, engagement frameworks and the digital platforms to run them — supporting 10,000+ frontline delivery workers. Scaled monthly digital reach from low thousands to over 2 million through data-driven content, A/B testing and performance optimisation, and designed KPI-linked incentive and recognition programmes for a large distributed workforce.
Managed all business operations and P&L for a boat rental marketplace, onboarding 150+ boats and overseeing 1,500+ clients. Developed the strategic plans, secured supplier and partner contracts, expanded into new markets across Jordan and the UAE, and led the team launching new services including boat experience packages and corporate rentals — on schedule and within budget.
Led the go-to-market launch of BYD and JAC Motors in Qatar — integrated campaigns, launch events and dealer enablement that increased brand recognition and drove measurable market share gains. Led cross-functional teams through major launches, managing timelines, budgets and agency relationships, and reported campaign performance against KPIs, iterating to stay within budget and exceed targets.
Built Desert Fox Racing into the No. 1 esports brand in the Middle East, hosting TGR Esports MENA for four consecutive years and growing a loyal fan base of 500,000+. Directed the Toyota GR86 launch in Jordan, engaging 40,000+ participants across online and offline channels and setting a regional event benchmark. Increased organic traffic and brand visibility 3x through data-driven SEO, content and paid search.
At Talabat I didn't inherit a team, I designed one — the structures, the engagement frameworks and the platforms to run them, for a workforce of 10,000+. Building the system matters more than running any single campaign through it.
The BYD and JAC launches in Qatar ran through cross-functional teams, external agencies and dealer networks. Most of the job was alignment: timelines, budgets and relationships held together well enough that everyone shipped on the same day.
I design incentive and recognition programmes that are KPI-linked, and I report campaign performance against targets rather than activity. A team that can see the number it moves makes better decisions without being asked.
Running Boatify meant the whole thing — operations, supplier contracts, market expansion and the P&L, plus a team launching new service lines on schedule and within budget. It taught me what a marketing decision actually costs.
I bring AI into how the team already works rather than running it as a side experiment: where it genuinely speeds people up, where a human still has to sign off, and how we hold quality steady as volume grows.
Four products are live on real domains with real users. I build the first working version myself so stakeholders, designers and engineers are debating something they can click, not a slide. It makes every conversation after that faster.
Every build starts with the business problem, not the screen. Retention math, unit economics, who pays and why. The design follows the strategy — and the team knows the reasoning behind it, so they can carry it without me in the room.
Eighteen products across loyalty, staffing, games, commerce, healthcare and careers. Not to look prolific — building in a category is the quickest way I know to understand it well enough to lead work in it.
Full Arabic RTL and English in the same product, built for MENA from the inside. Not a translation layer bolted on at the end. It matters most for the audiences everyone else treats as an afterthought, like frontline riders.
The value isn't in working fast on my own. It's in shortening the distance between an idea and something the team can actually test, so we find the one worth funding earlier and spend the budget there.
